Convert prospects who don't want to call

We help you give instant quotes to your prospects right through your website. Replace forced back-and-forth phone calls with the transparency that customers expect.

You're losing customers before they even reach out

Not everyone wants to call. Introverted prospects, busy professionals, and people who hate phone calls are visiting your website and leaving without getting a quote.

Price Clicker changes that.

What Price Clicker Does

An end-to-end path from curious prospect to signed, paid customer.

Reduces sales friction, increases conversion rates

Your customers can view, accept, sign, and even pay for a quote on your service within minutes.

Reduces your workload

Manually calculating quotes based on multiple variables is time consuming, especially when most of your prospects don't follow through. No more of that.

Builds customer trust

We work not just for you, but for your customers. We ensure you provide them with transparent, predictable pricing, which customers enormously appreciate.

Provides quoting stability

Quote calculation is rule-based. No AI or unpredictable outcomes. Still, contractual off-ramps exist for automatic quotes you want to back out of.

Filters out leads that don't qualify

You can't help everyone. Let down gracefully those who don't have the right budget or project for you, using conditional questions.

Offers personalized setup

Free onboarding and initial form construction from the company's founder. Tell us how you price your services, and we'll do the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions

Shouldn't I avoid making my pricing public?

It depends on your business, but probably not. The main objections people have to publishing their pricing are that competitors will undercut you, and it will turn away prospects. But if competitors wanted to know your pricing, they could find it regardless. And the only prospects that get turned away are ones who couldn't afford your service anyway. Making your pricing transparent increases trust and removes the most prevalent objection immediately: what will it cost?

Shouldn’t my pricing be “contextualized” by the value of my service?

We always recommend clearly explaining the value of your services on your website, but using “explaining value first” as a reason to hide pricing is a strategy that works best if you offer a service to businesses or very-high net worth clients which is impossible, or extremely difficult, to get anywhere else. For example, if you are a well-known celebrity offering ad voiceovers, or you have unmatched expertise in a certain topic and are offering consulting, the people that are interested in your service usually are not price conscious. However if you are selling your services to consumers, then you are usually dealing with shoppers who are very price conscious and need to know that your solution fits their budget before proceeding. In our experience, many of them do not wait patiently to hear the number. If they can't get an idea of cost within the first couple steps of the interaction, they will usually move on to the next provider.

Can I trust Price Clicker quotes to be accurate?

The accuracy of our quotes directly depends on the amount of effort (both ours and yours) that goes into making your form. If you already have a consistent pricing table or method, then we can turn that into a consistent, accurate quote generator. If you haven't decided how to price your services, or don't have your method written down, we recommend you start there before using Price Clicker.

Are these quotes binding?

That's entirely up to you. We find that businesses who voluntarily make their quotes binding experience higher conversions due to less customer uncertainty. But even with a “binding quote” where the customer has already paid, you still keep the right to refund and walk away if something is glaringly wrong with the customer or the quote. “Binding” just means you agree not to upcharge them, not that you have to take the project.

Can I collect contact information from prospects before the quote is given?

Yes, but we discourage it. Price Clicker was made to reduce friction for consumers in the buying process. Extracting contact info before the prospect knows if they like their quote results in extra friction, frustration, and more of them bouncing before they see their quote. We recommend collecting contact info right when they click “Accept” on their quote (this can be configured easily).

How long will it take to get my pricing form up and running?

If your pricing method is relatively simple (just a few variables), you could have a published form ready in a couple hours after sign up, using our DIY form builder. If you'd like us to build your first form (recommended—it's free!), configured to your existing pricing practices, it will likely be 1–3 days. If your website is managed by a third party, we can also work with them to get the form embedded where it needs to be.

What's wrong with my current contact form?

Likely nothing, if its only purpose is to contact you. However, if its purpose is to request a quote, then compared to our instant quote form, it's hours to days slower, requires manual effort to calculate, and cannot accept payments directly.

Will I need to get rid of my existing contact form?

No, you can keep it. However, if it's placed prominently on the front page of your website, you might want to consider swapping it out with our quote generator and moving it to a contact page instead, so that visitors are not getting overwhelmed with too many forms in one place.

Who is behind Price Clicker? Is this a trustworthy service?

If instant quotes are such a good idea, then why aren't more people doing it?

We have the same question! While thousands of service providers do use instant quote forms, they are only a small drop in the bucket. Here are some reasons that we speculate others never make the switch:

  • The tangible benefit in dollars is not immediately visible to them, so they push it down the road
  • They are afraid of being bound by a quote that turns out to be inaccurate
  • They don't want to have to spend time learning a new software and setting it up
  • They are worried about competitors undercutting them if their pricing is public
Why can't people just call me for a quote? That's what they've always done.

Some people still can, and still will call your business directly for a quote. We seek neither to remove or replace old fashioned, human interaction. What our form does is provide a way for people to get a quote that would not have called you either way. The people that want to call still will. And the people that don't… well now you can have them too.
