Reduces sales friction, increases conversion rates
Your customers can view, accept, sign, and even pay for a quote on your service within minutes.
We help you give instant quotes to your prospects right through your website. Replace forced back-and-forth phone calls with the transparency that customers expect.
Not everyone wants to call. Introverted prospects, busy professionals, and people who hate phone calls are visiting your website and leaving without getting a quote.
Price Clicker changes that.
An end-to-end path from curious prospect to signed, paid customer.
Your customers can view, accept, sign, and even pay for a quote on your service within minutes.
Manually calculating quotes based on multiple variables is time consuming, especially when most of your prospects don't follow through. No more of that.
We work not just for you, but for your customers. We ensure you provide them with transparent, predictable pricing, which customers enormously appreciate.
Quote calculation is rule-based. No AI or unpredictable outcomes. Still, contractual off-ramps exist for automatic quotes you want to back out of.
You can't help everyone. Let down gracefully those who don't have the right budget or project for you, using conditional questions.
Free onboarding and initial form construction from the company's founder. Tell us how you price your services, and we'll do the rest.

Price Clicker serves any business that provides services whose pricing is based on multiple variables, and can be calculated using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Start converting more prospects today
It depends on your business, but probably not. The main objections people have to publishing their pricing are that competitors will undercut you, and it will turn away prospects. But if competitors wanted to know your pricing, they could find it regardless. And the only prospects that get turned away are ones who couldn't afford your service anyway. Making your pricing transparent increases trust and removes the most prevalent objection immediately: what will it cost?
We always recommend clearly explaining the value of your services on your website, but using “explaining value first” as a reason to hide pricing is a strategy that works best if you offer a service to businesses or very-high net worth clients which is impossible, or extremely difficult, to get anywhere else. For example, if you are a well-known celebrity offering ad voiceovers, or you have unmatched expertise in a certain topic and are offering consulting, the people that are interested in your service usually are not price conscious. However if you are selling your services to consumers, then you are usually dealing with shoppers who are very price conscious and need to know that your solution fits their budget before proceeding. In our experience, many of them do not wait patiently to hear the number. If they can't get an idea of cost within the first couple steps of the interaction, they will usually move on to the next provider.
The accuracy of our quotes directly depends on the amount of effort (both ours and yours) that goes into making your form. If you already have a consistent pricing table or method, then we can turn that into a consistent, accurate quote generator. If you haven't decided how to price your services, or don't have your method written down, we recommend you start there before using Price Clicker.
That's entirely up to you. We find that businesses who voluntarily make their quotes binding experience higher conversions due to less customer uncertainty. But even with a “binding quote” where the customer has already paid, you still keep the right to refund and walk away if something is glaringly wrong with the customer or the quote. “Binding” just means you agree not to upcharge them, not that you have to take the project.
Yes, but we discourage it. Price Clicker was made to reduce friction for consumers in the buying process. Extracting contact info before the prospect knows if they like their quote results in extra friction, frustration, and more of them bouncing before they see their quote. We recommend collecting contact info right when they click “Accept” on their quote (this can be configured easily).
If your pricing method is relatively simple (just a few variables), you could have a published form ready in a couple hours after sign up, using our DIY form builder. If you'd like us to build your first form (recommended—it's free!), configured to your existing pricing practices, it will likely be 1–3 days. If your website is managed by a third party, we can also work with them to get the form embedded where it needs to be.
Likely nothing, if its only purpose is to contact you. However, if its purpose is to request a quote, then compared to our instant quote form, it's hours to days slower, requires manual effort to calculate, and cannot accept payments directly.
No, you can keep it. However, if it's placed prominently on the front page of your website, you might want to consider swapping it out with our quote generator and moving it to a contact page instead, so that visitors are not getting overwhelmed with too many forms in one place.
Price Clicker was founded in December of 2025, and launched in July of 2026, by Josh Bauer. He is the sole owner and lead developer, and has a background driving tractor trailers and managing aviation ground operations. When not spending his time improving the business, Josh assists with aircraft turnaround for Frontier Airlines and Sun Country Airlines at the Buffalo airport in Upstate New York. Josh has an Associate's degree in Business Administration, started his first LLC at age 18, and is a bottomless sponge for business, finance, and career information especially via books and podcasts. We have the same question! While thousands of service providers do use instant quote forms, they are only a small drop in the bucket. Here are some reasons that we speculate others never make the switch:
Some people still can, and still will call your business directly for a quote. We seek neither to remove or replace old fashioned, human interaction. What our form does is provide a way for people to get a quote that would not have called you either way. The people that want to call still will. And the people that don't… well now you can have them too.
Not necessarily. Many people dislike having to make a phone call just to learn what something is going to cost. Whether it's because they don't want to be put under pressure and oversold, because they don't have time to be playing phone tag, or because they just don't like talking to people in general. People might have money, and they might have bought your service if they knew what the price was, but not everyone is willing to extract the price out of you with a hammer drill.
Price Clicker costs between $55 /mo and $225 /mo depending on what features and how many forms you need. All plans come with unlimited usage (visits and quotes) of the quote generator. Additional transaction fees apply for payments made by customers directly through Price Clicker (0.2% + standard Stripe card processing fees; 2.9% + $0.30 as of 2026). For a full breakdown of our pricing, click here.
While we can suggest ideas, point you to resources, and provide industry-specific templates in some cases, we are not pricing experts. We recommend reaching out to other businesses or consultants in your industry if you are undecided on how to price your services.
Generally, we can support your quoting if you have your pricing already written down somewhere, and it is repeatable and consistent. If you're still unsure, give us a call at (716) 325-2579 (press 1 to leave a voicemail for the founder, Josh, who will return your call).
We do not sell or share any of your data or your leads' data to third parties, unless you connect a third party integration yourself and give it permission to access your lead data. All data is encrypted during transfer and stored in a manner that complies with standard security practices. You are able to self-delete all data associated with your account from our servers including pricing forms and all leads. You may also export all your leads at any time to a CSV file before deletion.
The birth of the idea for Price Clicker happened in November of 2024, when there were few to no alternatives for easy instant quote generation. We, and our few competitors have arrived between 2023 and 2025, and the trend does not seem to be slowing down. In our opinion, this is a uniquely rare opportunity for early adoption of instant quotes at a time where it has not yet become mainstream, and therefore sets you apart from your competitors.
Price Clicker does not offer a free trial. We recommend deciding whether instant quotes are something you'd like to proceed with prior to signing up. However, if our pricing calculator is unable to support your current pricing logic and you notify us within a month after signing up, we will either give you a daily prorated refund until we implement improvements that make it usable for you, or if we are unable to do so, give you a full first month's refund and discontinue your subscription.
We do not offer an annual discount. In our opinion, services that offer this option do so with the primary intention of locking customers into an irreversible decision. One of our core principles is empowering customer decisions, not removing them. As such, if our service is no longer useful to you, we want you to be able to cancel it at any time.
We cannot say with certainty that we offer more features than every competitor. However, we keep a close eye on the market, and based on our observations, most other options that offer instant quoting do it either as an unprioritized side feature, are not easy to use, charge from $500 to $2,500 in onboarding concierge fees, or (most abhorrently), use AI to generate quotes for your prospects.
Price Clicker exists for only one reason: to make pricing transparency easy for service businesses. We keep AI far away from anything that involves your sensitive pricing rules, we offer free onboarding and initial form creation, and we do our best to offer maximum functionality while keeping a simple user interface, a balance that is commonly very hard to maintain.
Our goal is not to take humanity out of service businesses, it's to automate quoting. If quoting is the only thing your salespeople do, then yes, there will be less for them to do. But if their time is also spent answering questions, building relationships, offering advice, and fostering trust, then their role in your company is not replaceable just by an instant quote generator.

Downstream:
Yes, we give you the option to accept full payment, deposits, or recurring installments from your customers.
No, this is not a feature we currently support. If you would like to use instant quoting, but can't due to lack of this feature, please let us know.
Yes, our form supports sections being displayed or hidden based on responses to questions in previous sections.
Nope! While you can embed the form on your website if you choose, we also give you a full-page standalone link for your instant quote generator.
Most web builders allow an option for custom embedded code. Or if the website was custom-built by an agency, we can often work with them to get it up and running. If your website does not have the ability of inserting custom code (a baseline expectation for websites these days), then we recommend switching to a website provider that does. Alternatively, if you sign up for our business plan ($225 /mo), a full one-page website that can be hosted on your custom domain is included.
As a service provider, the last thing you need is an AI-hallucinated quote getting sent to your prospect that is significantly less than the job is worth. With Price Clicker, you set your pricing rules, with no ambiguity. If a project was quoted incorrectly, it's on you - it's not on an uncontrollable third party brain.
Then things become more challenging. Price Clicker generates quotes using numeric and multiple choice questions. So if you currently visit a job site just to collect information that could have been collected through a numeric and multiple choice questionnaire, then the switch is still possible. However, if you dread the idea of giving a number to the client before physically laying eyes on their project, then Price Clicker will not fit into your system.
